New and Enchanting Holiday Experiences With Breathtaking NYC Views

Experience a whimsical waterfront Holiday installation along with dining and entertainment options surrounded by Christmas trees, games, and activities for kids and adults alike! Choose from General Admission and enjoy a fully outdoor experience where you indulge in complimentary hot chocolate (regular or boozy) plus a complimentary treat from Santa’s snack shack to enjoy as you take in the sights and activities. Or stay a while, and reserve seating in our Magical and illuminated Heated Glasshouses and indulge in a curated holiday menu (1 entrée included) filled with delicious food, cocktails and sweet treats. Don’t forget to finish off with Santa’s Famous Make your own Smores!

Glasshouse & Cocktail Chalet Reservations

Reserved Seating In Heated Glasshouse
Cocktail Chalet Seating: A large Communal Glasshouse, fully decorated, located at the waterfront, ready for a vibrant and fun night! (Duration: 90 minutes). Glasshouse: Restaurant-style seating, sharing the space with other diners at their own tables. (Duration: 90 minutes).
Private Glasshouse: Rental options for groups of 2 or up to 10. (Duration: 2 hours). 1 Entrée per guest from “Santa’s Kitchen” menu items * Jolly Server taking your orders
Optional Appetizer menu & Hot Chocolate included + Entrée Upgrades Available

Also available are some kids fav’s such as Blitzens Buttered Pasta, Chicken Tenders, and Beef Sliders With Fries!

What can I expect from Winter Wonderland?

Santa’s Winter Wonderland is an annual Santa & holiday-themed event for all ages. We offer two types of experiences. A Seated Dining experience where guests can reserve Heated Glasshouse seating and purchase food and beverage from a dedicated server and a General Admission outdoor experience where guests can walk around and enjoy the sights and sounds of the venue.

Begin by strolling through Santa's magical hallway, lined with candy cane pillars, and follow it into a magical Winter Wonderland filled with Christmas Trees, Lights, decorations and much more!

Grab a hot chocolate (Virgin or Spiked) with mini marshmallows and a treat from Santa’s snack shack as you walk around and enjoy some fun filled activities including a "Letters to Santa Workshop", Santa's Smore's Making Station, Santa's Game Room filled with fun games for kids and adults alike.

Stroll down the pier while surrounded with Illuminated Christmas trees and gaze your eyes at Santa's gingerbread House and snap a pic! Right around the corner, you will find Santa's Sleigh and capture a picture perfect moment with the Brooklyn Bridge as your background!

Check out Santa's Snack Shack stocked with seasonal treats and drinks Including Hot Chocolate, Hot Apple Cider, Mulled wine and Specialty Holiday Cocktails or check out Santa's Candy Bar and fill your stalking with yummy treats! Santa's little helpers have been working hard to welcome you into this immersive holiday experience, full of endless hot chocolate, sweets, treats, and memories you will cherish throughout the season and more.

The exhibition will be held in an OUTDOOR venue.

How long does the experience last?

General Admission Visits can take anywhere from 30-60 minutesSemi-Private Glasshouse Dining Reservations are 90 minutes.Private Glasshouse Dining reservations are 2 Hours

What is Santa's schedule?

You can meet and greet with Santa 7 days a week! Santa's hours are:

- From Mondays to Thursdays: 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.

- Fridays: 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.

- Saturdays: 1 p.m. to 10 p.m.

- Sundays: 1 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Is there air conditioning?

N/A

Is the experience accessible for deaf people?

Yes, deaf people will be able to enjoy this experience as it is mostly visual and a walk-through experience.

What accessibility options do we have for someone visually impaired?

The main entrance is easy to reach and recognize. In addition, our staff will assist and guide you to your table when applicable.

Will there be strobe lights?

Some of the Christmas-themed lighting will have flickering lights.

Will food and beverage be available on-site for purchase?

Yes.

Can I take photos or record the experience?

Absolutely.

Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?

Glasshouse Dining Reservations will have seating reserved.General Admission Ticket Holders will enjoy a mostly standing and strolling experience, with some communal benches around the pier near the Christmas trees.

Will restrooms be available on site?

Yes, restrooms are available on-site.

Are there vegan or gluten-free options available?

Yes, there will be some limited food options that can accommodate such requests. Please check the menu online for details.

ACCESS

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

Yes, all reservations are based on a specific time-slotted schedule. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to check in to get the full allotted time of your experience.

What happens if I arrive late?

General Admission guests will have a specific time for arrival based on the time slot they pick at checkout. If they should arrive late, they may still be granted admission based on capacity.Glasshouse Reservations for seated dining should make every effort to arrive early to check in, and to receive their full allotted time to enjoy. If arriving late for their reservation, their time limit may not be extended and they will have to finish within their time slot time frame.

Can I bring animals?

Service animals are allowed with proper documentation.

Is there an age requirement?

All ages are welcome.

Is the venue ADA-compliant?

Yes.

Is there parking available?

Watermark does not have parking and we are located in downtown Manhattan where parking can be very limited. We suggest arriving early and parking in a nearby garage.

What if the weather is bad?

This experience is rain or shine. We will be open regardless of the weather unless there is a major storm and we are forced to close for safety reasons.

TICKETS

Can I purchase a ticket at the event?

Yes. We will have a box office on-site. However, tickets are very limited and may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.

Where can I get tickets?

On the Fever App, available on Google Play and Apple Store and on the Fever website

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 72 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs.

Is there a Military discount?

Currently, there is no Military discount, however, you can contact us if coming with a group.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

What are the official sellers for this experience?

Official tickets for Santa’s Winter Wonderland can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.

I can't find my ticket. What can I do?

You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
