THE EXPERIENCE
What can I expect from the event?
Santa’s Winter Wonderland is an annual Santa & holiday-themed event for all ages. We offer two types of experiences. A Seated Dining experience where guests can reserve Heated Glasshouse seating and purchase food and beverage from a dedicated server and a General Admission outdoor experience where guests can walk around and enjoy the sights and sounds of the venue.
Begin by strolling through Santa's magical hallway, lined with candy cane pillars, and follow it into a magical Winter Wonderland filled with Christmas Trees, Lights, decorations and much more!
Grab a hot chocolate (Virgin or Spiked) with mini marshmallows and a treat from santa’s snack shack as you walk around and enjoy some fun filled activities including a "Letters to Santa Workshop", Santa's Smore's Making Station, Santa's Game Room filled with fun games for kids and adults alike.
Stroll down the pier while surrounded with Illuminated Christmas trees and gaze your eyes at Santa's gingerbread House and snap a pic!
Right around the corner, you will find Santa's Sleigh and capture a picture perfect moment with the Brooklyn Bridge as your Background!
Check out Santa's Snack Shack stocked with seasonal treats and drinks Including Hot Chocolate, Hot Apple Cider, Mulled wine and Specialty Holiday Cocktails or check out Santa's Candy Bar and fill your stalking with yummy treats!
Santa's little helpers have been working hard to welcome you into this immersive holiday experience, full of endless hot chocolate, sweets, treats, and memories you will cherish throughout the season and more.

The experience is located at Watermark at Pier 15 NYC.Address: 78 South Street, New York, NY 10038.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
This experience is held outdoors.
This experience is rain or shine. We will be open regardless of the weather unless there is a major storm and we are forced to close for safety reasons. If due to the weather forecast the event cannot be held, we will notify you via email at the same address linked to your Fever account. How long does the experience last?
General Admission Visits can take anywhere from 30-60 minutes. All Glasshouse and Cocktail Chalet Dining Reservations are 90 minutes.
Is there parking available?
Watermark does not have parking and we are located in downtown Manhattan where parking can be very limited. We suggest arriving early and parking in a nearby garage.
Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
TICKETS
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase (What is the ticket ID?). One of our agents will respond to your request as soon as possible, informing you of the next steps to follow.No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.
ACCESS
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
Please arrive at the time stated on your ticket; late entry is not permitted.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event’s location, though we do welcome service animals.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue.
Do you offer carer tickets?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Please contact us here with proof of needing a carer ticket.Once we receive this, we will provide you with a voucher that you can use to purchase your free carer ticket in the Fever app (based in availability).Please keep in mind that you will have to show the regular ticket with this carer ticket when entering the venue.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
We are happy to confirm that people with visual or hearing impairments will be able to enjoy this experience.
Will there be strobe lights?
Some of the Christmas-themed lighting will have flickering lights.
Will restrooms be available on site?
This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for indications.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a Lost & Found?
We would recommend to ask the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings.
Is there an age requirement?
All ages are welcome to this experience.
